Tom Ballantyne is a Principal Lawyer at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers and head of its National Medical Negligence practice. He and his team of lawyers have conducted complex litigation across all areas of health care, including coronial investigations and public inquests. Tom is currently the President of the Law Institute of Victoria. He is a past State President of the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
